Boy, I'm dead tired.
Yesterday made hell out of me and there were many tears shed in the process. Unfortunately, they were mine. Even though it was tough day for me, I found out really what I was all about inside and for once, I dared to tell others about it. My family and I had this little talk over dinner about how I'm feeling, how I'm thinking and all. For once, I dared to tell them, I'm actually like this and I don't really like being like that and that kind of thing. I now understand, what a great family I truly have. I know I'm truly a bitch at heart now. But I know, at least... I don't bring that bitch out in me and that's a good thing. Well, at least better than those who really put bitching into action. And even though I'm not perfect because I don't have a kind heart like I always wish I could have, I'm happy that I am me. If I were not me, I would not have this great family standing behind me, supporting me. If I were not who I am, I would not be standing here like that, being reflective of my actions and thoughts. If I were not what I am, I would not be motivated to become a better person and there would be nothing to learn in life anymore.
People grow as time passes, both physically and mentally. And even though I'm standing here right now, so imperfect and not I always wanted to be, I'm still growing. And I know, with a little effort and some reflection, I might be able to understand some of my wrong thinking and actually be able to accept what's right. Who knows, as time passes, I might become a better person than I am.
Only time will tell...
